The ARCHER JORDAN Workforce – MEC

The Workforce MEC plan is designed to be a minimum essential benefit plan. Minimum Essential Coverage Plans are designed to provide 100% coverage for the 64 preventive and wellness services as designated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Employers that employ 50 or more full-time (or full-time equivalent) employees are required as of January 1, 2016 to provide at least a Minimum Essential Coverage group health benefit plan to comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Includes 15 covered preventive services for Adults (ages 18 and older), 23 covered preventive services for Women (including pregnant women), and 26 covered services for children.

Workforce Telemed Consultations

Access to licensed physicians 24/7/365 via phone or e-mail, available as a buy-up benefit at $0 Copay for Workforce plan participants.

Employee Discount Portal

Available as a buy-up benefit, our Workforce program has access to Workforce Discounts, a unique employee discount program designed to save plan participants money.

PPO Network Discounts

Through our PPO network partnerships, HealthyEssentials plan participants have access to network discounts on major medical services.
